Sorry about the lack of output here - I've been involved with a project which is slowly nearing completion.
In the meantime, try to figure these foodstuffs out. And yes, they do look like something which would elicit a "Doggies!" from Jethro Bodine.

dutchbitch - only a quarter right: wrong species and only half the paraphenalia.
fuff - you certainly know your pinniped anatomy. These are being dried presumably for some eastern traditional medicine. I should hasten to point out that the seal was not harvested for this purpose; rather for its meat and oil (rich in Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids).
Either smoked squid or walrus peckers.
