My Kind of Health Care System
Up here in Canada, there is a perennial discussion about whether to maintain or universal-access health care, or introduce some kind of hybrid public/private system. This is always a hot-button issue, and one of the key debating points in federal and provincial elections.
Personally, as long as it follows this Australian treatment protocol, I could care less.

Leave it to the Aussies to treat everything with booze. In Canada the treatment would be free, but the gov't would have to charge an extra tax for the Vodka and you can only buy it from their store.
We already have an hybrid system, dear! I can tell ya. I work in Health! :) I had to have an echo a few months ago (no I'm not pregnant) and decided to pay instead of waiting 6 months to have it in an hospital. I have private insurances.... :) Now, for the Aussies. MY they are cool! :))))
