Judge must've been bored. I'm sure the guy and the bank will settle for a gajillion-Bazillion dollars and move on.
Mind you, the judge was the one who gave Madoff 150 years, so perhaps he likes large numbers.
Madoff's right hand man had a little taste of Karma. Died of a heart attack while swimming in his pool...
